Terms of Use
These Terms govern the use of the digital products and services of Mama's Home Cooking. By purchasing or using them, you agree to them. This English text is a translation provided for convenience; where the two versions differ, the Macedonian version governs.
1. Digital product
You are buying a digital product delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped.
2. Products and delivery
We offer digital products in the form of ebooks. Delivery is by immediate download or by email.
3. Payments and tax
Payments are processed through Paddle. VAT or other taxes may apply.
4. Licence
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence. It may not be shared or resold.
5. Not permitted
- Reselling or sharing the products
- Unlawful use
- Attempting to circumvent access controls
6. Changes
We may amend these Terms. By continuing to use the products, you accept the changes.
Privacy Policy
We collect and process data in order to deliver products and to meet legal obligations.
1. Data we collect
- Name, email, billing address
- Payment data: handled by Paddle, never by us
- Technical data: IP address, country, device, where the visit came from
- What was bought and when it was downloaded
2. How the data is used
- Delivering the books and restoring lost download links
- Transactional email about the order
- Measuring ads and traffic, only with consent
- Legal obligations and fraud prevention
3. Who we trust it with
We do not sell data, and we share it with nobody except the companies below, each only for its own job:
-
Paddle.com Market Ltd — payment. They are the merchant of record and handle the card details. What reaches us is the email address and the amount, never the card number.
-
Resend — sending the emails that carry the book.
-
Kit — the mailing list for the free recipes and for news about new books.
-
Cloudflare — hosting the site, the database and the book files themselves.
-
Google (Analytics), Meta and
Microsoft (Clarity) — measurement and advertising. These three run only if you have given consent.
-
Telegram — alerts for us. When something happens to your order — a payment, a bounced email, an error — we get a message containing your email address, so that we can put it right straight away.
-
Google Fonts and Cloudflare (cdnjs) — the typefaces and a few technical parts the page itself loads. They load every time, not only with consent, and in doing so they see your IP address.
4. How long we keep it
We keep order data for as long as your access to the book lasts, because the download link is permanent and we have to be able to restore it. Accounting records are kept by Paddle under its own statutory periods. You can leave the mailing list at any time, from the link at the bottom of every message.
5. If the book was a gift to you
When somebody gifts you a book, your email address was entered by them so that we could send it to you. We use it to deliver the book and for messages about the book itself. If you would rather not hear from us at all, unsubscribe from the link in the message or write to us, and we will delete you.
6. Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, or a copy in a portable format; object to processing; and withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect processing carried out beforehand. If you are in the EU or EEA you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
One message is enough for any of this:

Refund Policy
The sale is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which is the merchant of record for all orders from this site. Refunds are therefore governed by
Paddle's Refund Policy, and the terms below restate it.
Statutory right of withdrawal
If you are buying from the EU, EEA, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Turkey or Israel, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. For South Korea, Brazil and Canada that period is 7 days, and for Singapore 5 days.
Important for digital products: this right ends as soon as downloading or use of the content begins, because at purchase you agree to have the content delivered immediately. In other words, once you have downloaded the book, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies to it.
Discretionary refunds
Outside the statutory right, Paddle may approve a refund at its own discretion within 14 days of the transaction. That is Paddle's decision, not ours, and it is not guaranteed.
Who to ask for a refund
Refund requests are submitted directly to Paddle via
paddle.net, with the order number from your confirmation email.
If the problem is technical, meaning the book won't download or won't open, write to us first at
marina@gotvisomama.com. In the great majority of cases it is a link that never arrived or landed in spam, which we fix immediately and without a refund.
What happens after a refund
Once a refund is approved,
access to the book ends. The download links close and the book is no longer available. This is Paddle's standard rule and applies to all digital products.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks are handled by Paddle and may be disputed with evidence. Access to the book also ends in the event of a chargeback.
